Mold Making And Compression Molding
According to the design requirements of silicone bag band, CNC machine tools and engraving technology are used to make molds. After the rubber refining process is completed, the silicone raw materials are cut into strips, weighed and put into the mold. The silicone is molded in the mold by high-temperature pressing through a hydraulic press.

 

Post-processing
